Work with us
Build the nights people remember.
We’re a Goa-based crew that lives for showtime. If you sweat the details and love the floor, there’s a seat for you.
Life at Bullseye
Small team, big shows, zero boring days.
Fifteen years in, we’re still hands-on — founders on site, crew who own their craft, and a calendar that runs from boardrooms to beach festivals.
You’ll learn fast, travel for shows, and see your work in front of thousands.
- On-ground from day one
- Festival + corporate mix
- Mentorship, not micro-managing
- Own your projects
- Owned production gear
- Real growth path
